Who we are

STONiFi ("we", "us") is a technology group that builds AI-native software, smart hardware, and AIoT systems. Our software arm is registered in the United Kingdom as STONiFi CX Ltd. Hardware and AIoT operations run under the stonifi.ai brand.

For privacy questions, contact us at hello@stonifi.ai.

What data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, area of interest, and the message you write.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic request data: IP address, user agent, referer, and timestamp. We use this only to operate the site, defend against abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics.

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use contact-form data to respond to your inquiry and follow up on it. We use server logs to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting customer relationship. Server logs are kept for a limited period defined by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including UK GDPR for visitors in the UK and the EU), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@stonifi.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
